We developed the TCW Suction Torpedo in response to requests for a device that would allow free run juice to be pumped out of an open top fermenter, leaving behind seeds and skins. Its simple, easy to clean design is also great for pump-overs and for temperature control in a tank or bin when drawing off wine. It also minimizes and controls oxidation, as it prevents wine from being exposed to air.
